一.整體式結構

缺點是輸入/輸出點數是固定的,不一定能適合具體的 控制現場的需要。這類產品有OMRON公司的C20P、 C40P、C60P,三菱公司的Fl系列,東芝公司的EX20/40系列 列等。
二.模塊式結構
這種結構形式的特點是把PLC的每個工作單元都制成獨立 的模塊,如CPU模塊、輸入模塊、輸出模塊、電源模塊、通 新模塊等。
PLC的特點是系統構成非常靈活,安裝、擴展 展、維修都很方便,缺點是體積比較大。常見產品有 OMRON公司的C200H、C1000H、C2000H,西門子公司的 S5-115U、S7-300、S7-400系列等。
